| | Legal papers reportedly filed against Britney Spears by her former brother-in-law have been exposed as part of a hoax contrived by a recently released felon. Members of Christopher Federline s family are now investigating the matter, according to Us Weekly magazine editors, who obtained the documents on Wednesday. Their concerns were raised as the papers are full of private information about the brother of Spears ex-husband Kevin Federline, and features a very accurate signature forge. In the legal documents, the plaintiff claimed that he was the true father of Spears oldest son, Sean Preston, and he filed for a restraining order against the pop star to stop her from exposing the details. Bosses at website have confirmed the papers are fake and the work of Jonathan Lee Riches, a conman with a long history of faking identities to concoct elaborate hoaxes. Riches recently posed as Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter Adam Lanza s uncle, offering interviews to the media gathered in Newtown, Conn., where the massacre took place earlier this month. He was later arrested for violating federal probation as he is currently serving five-years probation for conspiracy and wire fraud. TheSmokingGun reports Riches also reportedly filed hundreds of fake lawsuits from prison.

Gaza: Clinton works for truce 'in the days ahead'
Israeli air strikes shook the Gaza Strip and Palestinian rockets struck across the border as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton held talks in Jerusalem in the early hours of Wednesday, seeking a truce that can hold back Israel's ground troops.
Hamas, the Islamist movement controlling<a href=http://www.24-7airmax2011.com>air max shoes</a> Gaza, and Egypt, whose new, Islamist government is trying to broker a truce, had floated hopes for a ceasefire by late Tuesday; but by the time Clinton met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu it was clear there would be more argument, and more violence, first.
Hamas leaders in Cairo accused the Jewish state of failing to respond to proposals and said an announcement on holding fire would not come before daylight on Wednesday. Israel Radio quoted an Israeli official saying a truce was held up due to "a last-minute delay in the understandings between Hamas and Israel".
Who is Hamas? 5 questions about the Palestinian militant group.
An initial halt to attacks may, however, not see the sides stand their forces down from battle stations immediately; Clinton, who flies to Cairo to see Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi later on Wednesday, spoke of a deal "in the days ahead".
As she arrived in Israel after nightfall, Israel was stepping up its bombardment. Artillery shells and missiles fired from naval gunboats offshore slammed into the territory and air strikes came at a frequency of about one every 10 minutes.

Report Comment Reason * Please enter the code shown on the image by: beijing shots from: langley December 19, 2012 1:48 AM @BarbaraDemick. hows that not good for China? most "journalists" are spooks anyway. how u gonna spy on them from japan? also, i dont think anyone is begging "businesses" to stay. foreign "businesses" need China, more than China needs them. if you want to move then, dont let the door hit you on the way out. and really, if you want China to be more open to the internet, then stop posting subversive stuff about China. if youre looking for someone to blame, then blame yourselves. but then again, you (military industrial complex) created the internet in order to subvert. so guess you have the choice of either cleaning up your act, or getting your content blocked. i know you (spin doctors) wont be cleaning up your act, so you will just have to live with sending your information through the regular internet, like everyone else. dont think you are anyone special. They already put their corporate IP at risk just by being in China. Not being able to have secure network connections to the rest of their world wide facilities means they can't exist in China. Report Comment Reason * Please enter the code shown on the image by: Discover Panda from: Shanghai December 15, 2012 1:52 PM This is outrageously and shocking!!!Big VPN providers are blocked in China. Small providers like seed4.me, etc. work good, but unfortunately most of them work only by invitation. Maybe you will be lucky to get one from their website or ask someone who has it. You are so right when you say that without reliable VPN access, companies in China could have serious problems doing business with the rest of the world. December 21, 2012 4:15 PM Text Technological silliness and failing on a trust fall By Topics (CBS News) Many on Christmas will be getting a variety of presents. Gadgets and gizmos are a popular choice, with a wide-range of actual use. With that in mind, I would probably recommend you do not give anyone on your list the crazy contraption in the video above... unless it's a gag gift. The very fun, but totally pointless technology aptly titled "Useless machine advanced edition" was posted by YouTube user who created the device out of broken printers, and includes schematics for it , in case you want to create a useless machine of your own. And it's a stretch, but community and trust are also a major part of the holiday season. Unfortunately, one guy was let down in a very literal way by both in a video below titled "The last trust fall i will ever do..." by YouTube user . I'm sure you can already guess where there one is going... 0 Add A Comment + Add a comment Subscribe to this comment thread by email The posting of advertisements, profanity, or personal attacks is prohibited. So comes now Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) with a campaign to alter the filibuster rule using the so-called nuclear option, which if invoked on the opening day of the new legislative session would allow senators to change the rules by majority vote. Republicans are appalled that he would consider such a ploy, even though they floated the same proposal when they held the majority in 2005. Back then, reform was blocked when a senators led negotiations that kept the filibuster largely intact, and top Senate Republicans are reportedly reaching out to their Democratic counterparts in an effort to repeat that "success." We hope they fail. For the record, we were to go nuclear in 2005, and we feel the same way with Democrats in control. This is not a venerable rule created by the Founding Fathers to protect against the tyranny of the majority, but a procedural nicety that has been altered many times throughout history. In its current incarnation, it goes much too far and has produced gridlock in Congress.Reid to return to the era of the "talking filibuster," when senators who wanted to hold up a bill had to stand up and debate it ceaselessly, day and night. This doesn't go quite far enough; Reid place limits on the number of opportunities for senators to mount filibusters, and put the burden on minority opponents by forcing them to come up with 40 votes to sustain a filibuster, rather than requiring the majority to drum up 60 votes to end it. Nonetheless, Reid's plan is a nice start, requiring those who want to hold up legislation to do so publicly and to use their oratorical skills to explain why such a move is justified.Even many Democrats realize that someday they'll be in the minority, and fret that a fDoudoune Moncler Femme Courteuture Republican-dominated chamber will use Reid's precedent to put even stricter limits on filibusters. But that's no reason not to approve Reid's proposal. If some future Senate majority wants to go thermonuclear, that's a debate for another day.
